Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship worldwide except the EU and UK. We currently can't ship to any European Union country or to the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man). All prices are in US dollars (USD). If your country isn't available at checkout, we can't ship there yet.

We ship to all 50 US states. APO/FPO/DPO addresses, PO boxes and US territories may not be supported for every item, so please contact us at grokbotmarketing@gmail.com before ordering to one of these addresses.

Shipping rates

  • United States: $4.99 on orders under $35. FREE on orders of $35 or more.
  • Canada: $7.99. $4.99 on orders of $75 or more.
  • Europe outside the EU (for example Norway, Switzerland, Iceland and Serbia): $14.99. $10.99 on orders of $75 or more.
  • Australia and New Zealand: $13.99 on orders under $35, $15.99 on orders of $35-$74.99, $13.99 on orders of $75 or more.
  • Rest of the world: $10.99. $7.99 on orders of $75 or more.

Order thresholds are based on your order subtotal after discounts, before taxes and Shipping Protection.

Processing and delivery times

Everything is made or packed to order, so total time = production time + transit time. Times are in business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) and are estimates, not guarantees.

T-shirts, trucker hats and sticker sheets (printed on demand in the USA through Printify):

  • Production: 2-7 business days before your order ships.
  • Transit to the United States: 2-5 business days after it ships. Total: about 4-12 business days.
  • Transit to Canada, Australia, Israel and the rest of the world: 10-30 business days after it ships, depending on the destination and customs. Total: about 12-37 business days.

Sound plush keychain and sound fridge magnet (shipped from our production partner in China): processing 1-3 business days, then delivery about 7-15 business days. Typical total: about 8-18 business days. Outside the US, delivery of sound items usually takes about 10-30 business days after processing, depending on the destination and customs.

Holidays, peak seasons, weather and carrier delays can add extra time. Gifting? Order early. Grandpa does not accept "it's still in transit" as an excuse.

Orders with multiple items

Our products are made in different places, so mixed orders (for example a tee plus a sound keychain) arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers, often on different days. You won't pay extra shipping for this.

Tracking

You'll get an email with a tracking number when each package ships. Tracking for items coming from China may take a few days to show movement after the label is created. That's normal.

Shipping Protection (optional, $2)

Add Shipping Protection at checkout for $2. If your package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, email us with your order number (and a photo if damaged) and we'll reship your items free. Please report the issue within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address. If you notice a mistake, email us right away. Once an order is in production we may not be able to change it, and we aren't responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

Taxes and duties

Applicable US sales tax is calculated at checkout. US orders do not require you to pay import duties.

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST or customs fees charged by the destination country. These aren't included in our prices or shipping fees and are the recipient's responsibility. Packages refused or returned because of unpaid duties can't be refunded for the shipping cost.
